Christmas is coming!

Christmas knitting is in full swing here with me...begining with this shoulderette, or shrug. Its knit in Paton's Lacette, a washable mohair blend that is very easy to work with! A free pattern available at :

www.knitting-crochet.com/showom.html

I adapted the pattern, added inches to the lace and decreased the length of the cuffs to update the look- perfect for women who love to read in bed!

Very nice, so who is it for? Or is that a secret only you and Santa know?

Hi there Judy

I am also on Busy Knitting and am enjoying your funny emails ! I am going to make the shruggette for my daughter who lives in a fairly cold part of sunny Queensland. I have some very delicate mohair-y yarn in muted mauves and purples.

I shall mark your blog in my favourites!

with love
